Hi Bob,

I just had to write this to you to let you know how much I respect you.  When I saw you in the line of family and friends at my father's Wake and you said the words you said about reading his obituary and having to come to give your respects for all that he did in WW II, even though you never met him, it over-whelmed me.  Thank-you.

Now, today, you went out of your way to make sure that someone would be there for my Mom tonight.  I know it is your Business and that is the Service you supply, but I know from experience that not all owners would feel and react the same.  Thank-you.

My Mom will be fine for today.  She has everything she needs and we call and check on her and make sure she has her HealthWatch monitor on. As I said over the phone, she was very concerned about someone getting into a car accident or falling on the ice to get to her house and she is comforted knowing that you were willing to bring the caregiver over, and having me call you to say she would be all right for today.    To know that you were willing to drive the caregiver and pick her up, means the world to us.

To Eileen and Bob Scandura,

I just wanted to take this time to write to you and thank-you for the peace of mind you have finally given us regarding the care of my father Milton. I apologize for not listening to you in the beginning. Not sure if my brother told you but the caregiver that we got from that Polish company had my father co-sign a car for her. She said she was going to use it to take care of my father but it gave us such a fright. We couldn't even do anything legally to the company because the caregiver was an independent contractor and they were not liable. Luckily we were finally able to return the car.I will only refer people to you and your mom. Zita is such an angel and her and my father are getting along just fine. My brother told me that you have been stopping over and checking and that gives us such a sense of security. You have an unbelievable company and the service you provide is worth every penny. When I am in town next time hopefully you and your mom could meet for lunch.
